1. Custom Order Policy
Because every Bella mailbox is custom-designed and handcrafted specifically for your home, we do not accept returns on customized orders.
Each mailbox is created according to your specifications — including color, finish, materials, hardware, and custom design elements. Once production begins, the piece is tailored to your exact requirements and cannot be resold or modified for another customer.
2. Damage in Transit: Replacement Coverage
If your Bella mailbox arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling or shipping issues, we will replace it at no cost to you.
We ship all orders with professional packaging designed to protect your investment. However, accidents can happen in transit. If your mailbox arrives with visible damage:

Inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

Document all damage with photos of the exterior packaging and the damaged mailbox.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the damage.

Provide tracking information and any carrier claim references.
Once we verify the damage claim, we will ship a replacement mailbox at no charge. You will not be required to return the damaged unit before receiving your replacement.
3. What Is NOT Covered
The following are not eligible for return or replacement:
❌ Change of mind or buyer remorse
❌ Personal dissatisfaction with color, style, or design choices
❌ Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance after delivery
❌ Weathering or patina changes over time (this is natural and part of the charm)
❌ Failure to follow installation or care instructions
❌ Damage from environmental factors, accident, misuse, or neglect
