We take shipping seriously. Your custom Bella mailbox is a handcrafted piece of art and a significant investment in your home. That's why we partner with UPS Ground to ensure safe, reliable delivery. This policy outlines our shipping process, timelines, and what to expect.
Processing & Timeline
ORDER PLACEMENT TO SHIPMENT
Production Time: 7-10 business days
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, our team begins handcrafting your mailbox. This 7-10 day window includes material preparation, construction, painting, finishing, quality inspection, and packaging. We don't rush — every mailbox gets the meticulous attention it deserves.
Quality Inspection: 1-2 days
Before your mailbox ships, it passes through our final quality inspection. We check finish, hardware, construction, address customization, and overall appearance. No defects leave our workshop.
UPS Ground Shipping: 3-7 business days
After packing, your mailbox ships via UPS Ground. Delivery time depends on your location within the continental U.S. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days of shipment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Currently, we do not ship internationally. All orders must be shipped to addresses within the United States. If you have a special request, please contact us to discuss options.

Receiving & Inspecting Your Delivery
WHEN YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES

We will arrange a replacement mailbox at no cost to you

You do NOT need to return the damaged mailbox first — replacement ships immediately

DIY INSTALLATION
If you're outside our service area or prefer to install it yourself, we provide detailed installation instructions, diagrams, and access to our support team via phone or email for guidance.

Q: Can I expedite my order?
A: Our standard 7–10 days production timeline reflects the handcrafted nature of our work.
If you require an express order, an additional fee of $500.00 will apply

Q: What if I'm not home when UPS delivers?
A: UPS will leave a notice or hold the package at a nearby distribution center. You can reschedule delivery or pick it up yourself using your tracking number. Signature may not be required depending on your location.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
A: UPS Ground cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. You must provide a street address for delivery. If you have a unique situation, contact us.
Q: Is shipping included in my final quote?
A: Yes. Free UPS Ground shipping within the continental U.S. is included in your final price quote. No hidden shipping charges.
Q: What if my mailbox arrives damaged?
A: Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace it at no cost. You don't need to return the damaged mailbox first.
